You don't. It gets even better, SE has no way to detect who is using the parser so there is no investigation to be done. It's why it is a don't ask don't tell policy. Unless they stream with their character name shown, take a screenshot of it on their screen with their character name shown, or openly admit in chat in game SE will not take action because there is no evidence.
