[Suggestion] Novel Reward, Leveling Gear, Maybe For Criterion Savages

Leveling armor for alt jobs. Namely, make gear that operates like Menphina's Earring. That is, it's level 1 gear, but it down levels to the character's current level, allowing you to put on one set of armor and level all the way to the item level of the Criterion Dungeon on your alt jobs.

It's not going to break the gear progression loop, but it would be a type of gear that EVERYONE will absolutely vie for, including many players who already have all their jobs maxed, since they might use it for new jobs introduced in later expansions.

It would definitely be used by anyone not already omni-90 on all their jobs.
