    The buff cap really needs increasing. This shouldn't be a concern that we have to deal with.

    I was shocked doing Delubrum Reginae (Savage) and being told that my innocent HP increase buff was a problem that would prevent damage buffs working and to stop applying it. That's ridiculous.

    I completely forgot about DRS as that was almost 2 years ago when Dalraida came out, and people were concern about 3 permanent buffs, affecting the buff cap. History does repeat itself
