The correct response to a DRK+DRG combo is to guard the moment you get hit by salted earth and wait a few seconds. It won't work guaranteed but it seems to be the best chance of surviving.

That said, I think the bigger problem is battle high in general. To be blunt, it just scales too well with many of the limit breaks from the rework. Getting hit by a DRK+DRG combo when everyone involved has no BH can still hurt, but it's survivable. When that same DRK+DRG combo has built up some BH however, that's when things start to get stupid and things just snowball worse from there. And it's not just DRK and/or DRG, it's basically all of the AOE LBs that can cause similar nonsense when BH gets rolling, but DRK and DRG just have it the best right now.
