Manipulation after complting all quests

Am I missing something here? I've completed all the class quests for Weaver a while ago, but both Manipulation and Quality Assurance are grayed out. Manipulation says that the skill has not been learned. I've gone back and checked all the Quest givers and I don't see anything from them.

What do I have to do in order to unlock Manipulation?

I am not sure. If you have completed lvl 65 class quest for Weaver, then you should have it for Weaver.

Keep in mind that you need to do it for EVERY SINGLE DoH class, one by one.
Each time you finished a level 65 class quest, it only unlocks Manip for that one class only.

Quality Assurance is a level 63 passive TRAIT. It is automatically unlocked at level 63 for any DoH class.

If your Weaver is over lvl 65 and completed the lvl 65 class quest already, chances are that you opened your Action Panel via another class that is below lv 63, which may explain why you have Quality Assurance blurred out.

Pay attention to the top right corner of your Action Panel (red circle in pic below). It states which class you're currently showing.
Make sure you're having "Weaver" there.

Thanks for the reply. I had completed the Level 63 and 65 quests for Weaver, and was looking at the Weaver Actions and Traits tab. What is weird, is today when I logged in Both were there. I'm gonna play around with it and see if I can get it to repeat.
