ROFL! I actually do play Teemo. Nearing 400K mastery on him. Just yesterday someone said they were reporting me because I Teemo-laughed when they tried to kill me and died. (For those who don't play. Teemo is a despised character who 90% of players will try to kill before anyone else on the screen no matter what is happening).
I uh...also played Teemo back when I played.ROFL!
No regrets.
When you deal with human beings, never count on logic or consistency.
Fluid like water. Smooth like silk. Pepperoni like pizza.
I honestly don't know who's more hated right now: Teemo or Yuumi.ROFL!
And for those who don't play, imagine a PvP match where the Scholar was literally someone's fairy. They were attached to that person, rarely ever left them, and you could only target them when they weren't connected to someone. All the while feeding them stats. And it doesn't matter whether the devs nerf their potency or their healing, the fact that this is a player you do not have access to, empowering someone who can potentially already kill you and bailing them out of a pinch is what makes people ban the character.
Compare that to someone who is invisible when stationary or in a bush, and has lathered the field with so many poison bombs to make the map look like a toxic version of Minesweeper.
And though laughing emotes aren't deadly in any way, Teemo's such an annoying champion that his laugh alone does emotional damage to the opponent.
