The Official Forums is an EXTREMELY poor example of a "Good Community"

OP, I agree with you wholeheartedly. The level of vitriol on this forum legitimately blows my mind. How is this place somehow 10x more toxic than the FFXIV Subreddit of all places?

The FFXIV community is easily the best gaming community I've been a part of.. In game. But people on the forums are so angry and so rude.

Not all of them, to be fair.

I mean, as have said before, when I first started posting here it was because I was stuck on a particular part of the MSQ and feeling pretty down about the whole experience, and made a thread to discuss this. I received some great advice and encouragement in that thread
