Limsa Lominsa The Aftcastle Fences texture bug.

Greetings, today I've noticed something strange at the Aftcastle Plaza in Limsa Lominsa.
The stone fence textures look bugged, blurry and rough.

I'm sure I'm not mad, this didn't look like that before the New Years event.
