Duty-Specific Action "Vril" in Emanation Will Only Activate Once Per Battle

Steps:
1. Activated Vril using Crossbar before Lakshmi used cinematic "Rest your weary souls in my bosom" attack. Works successfully every time.
2. First battle, attempt to use Vril a second time using Crossbar. Does not fire. Appears to be on cooldown or just does not register me hitting the button. No error message pops up on screen though alerting me that it's on cooldown or anything.
3. Repeated steps 1 and 2 during second battle. Only this time I clicked on the R3 button to use the duty action during step 2. This time it worked. During Lakshmi's attack that required me to use the duty action a third time, Vril would not activate no matter whether I used the R3 button or the Crossbar button.

Did you pickup new vril?

You have to physically go and pick up the vril when they spawn so that you can use them later. In the normal mode, to make it easy, the vril appear throughout the arena when you are supposed to use them, so it's easy to pick one up if you need it, although it does not make it quite so easy in the extreme version, where you have to pick them up ahead of time or you won't have them.
