Separate HP and MP (*or remove MP on the parameter bar and add them to job gauges to specific jobs that uses MP?) - this would remove clutter for jobs that doesn't use MP.

update Job gauges (*PLD: divine might and atonement stacks would be helpful if they are in the job gauge, WAR: storms eye buff counter on the job gauge etc)

Give a 'clickthrough' check box for hotbars (*or all hud) - this helps for specific hotbar/hud uses and avoid accidental clicks.

some people like the way it is but please give us the option
