I think it's caster definitely, and if they do a second job, a tank or a physranged. We've not had a new caster since SB, and a new tank/ranged since SHB. Something tells me they'd want to keep the tanks at 4 for reasons, and it'd be easier to just do another Ranged.
The real copium is that they announce a ranged (bringing it up to 4) and a full rework of BLU to make it real (bringing casters up to 4). I can see it now, they say 'there will only be one new job sorry it's very hard on the devs to keep adding two new jobs so we're gonna do just one new one this time', then at the end of the final fanfest, the CEO comes out in a BLU costume again and said 'There is a second job announcement, BLU is real'. It's not a 'new job', so it wasn't lying, just 'slight misdirection'. The hype would be insanely high, I think, if BLU was made real. It'd also be a complete acceptance on the devs' part, that 'limited jobs' did not work out, which would buy some player goodwill. OFC, some people like BLU as it currently is, which is why I think there's a way to keep the current form of it alive too, it just requires designing it in a specific way.
