Does it really add anything? It's not any kind of challenge to run through all that, especially as a full group. I can't think of any achievements that would be running any kind of exclusion. If they're going to exclude, they'll do it at the duty finder level. Just be honest and say you want to faceroll farm potsherds and all that good stuff because DD for normal jobs is too difficult.
