I rather see more content to the content for the actual jobs played in the game rather than spending focus on a job/class that is not relevant to them.
...it's one patch per expansion BLU gets anything.

1. keep it, don't change it
2. become a normal job
2.1 become a caster dps
2.2 become a job that can change to any roles (tank/healer/dps) with mimicry
3. add new challenge/content for the job like potd/hoh achievements and titles only for BLU
pick only one of them
the problem with number 2 is that, what will happen to all that spell/skill that we have collected? are they going to be removed? do we have to collect new spell/skill again?
you would probably either 1) lose mostly all those spells or 2) they would be adjusted so much that they wouldn't be what they are now. hence made into a normal dps lol.1. keep it, don't change it

i thought letting blu into the eureka/boz and the deep dungeons would be fun, esp for elementts in eureka1. keep it, don't change it

just give alternative titles to it, blu solo cannot get necromancer, but could get another title insteead
This. Hell, BLU could use the system differently for Eureka as well. Can't use the elemental wheel, but in return can learn BLU spells that can reduce elemental damage to them, with their own elemental attack spells being their "offensive" elements against the mobs.
As for Deep Dungeon titles, we can have Deep Blue (assuming it isn't already a title) for PotD, and Heavenly Blue for HoH.

Even Eureka/BA with elemental wheel would not be OP as long they just disable wisdoms for BLU player.
And to just give BLU a special title/archievement should not be to difficult. They did it already for other content.
Even if BLU becomes stupidly broken in PotD/ HoH, so what? There is already a big gap between certain "balanced" jobs on level 60/70.
Whalaqee totems are actually a nod back to how BLU spells in FF8 were learned for Quistis...by using items. That was the only time in the franchise (until now) where spells were learned with items. Every other iteration has learned spells by seeing them, getting hit by them, or siphoning them from the enemy (Quina and Kimahri).
