Just open PotD to BLU, that's it.
They can tweak achievements if needed but who cares, really?
PoTD is exactly the content that BLU should be able to enjoy.

I'd love deep dungeon for blue mage, it'd be insanely fun. Might remember me of those rogue-like games where you can trivialize some runs with specific skills.
An extra layer could be randomized spells that you learn as you level up but not sure of the implications (would it be tedious/too grindy ?).
Also no necromancer/lone hero title of course, and an updated loot table so that the market doesn't crash for the rare items (deep dungeon is a nice source of decent money) ?

I'd love a unique DD where BLU begins from level 1 and 1 spell, and learns more only through special adds and leveling up. Learning from levels need not be utterly random - they could be split among "defensive"/"offensive"/"utility" and BLU learns one among each group at milestones. Additional system based on currency that allows buying of spells could also be a thing.
Mortal Fist

I would love that. A DD like that would probably profit from having elemental weaknesses and strengths on enemies like blu carnival has. This would give justification to all the different ~200 potency spells. In terms of length it probably on the shorter side imo. You could make a proper roguelike game mode with BLU.I'd love a unique DD where BLU begins from level 1 and 1 spell, and learns more only through special adds and leveling up. Everyone saying that they should "learn skills as they go through it" but the point of BLU is you have all of your skills you have ever learned at all times (on your 24 slot hotbar)I would love that. You can literally go in to Sastasha with your full kit. A BLU deep dungeon should be no different. To go the distance it would require a good mix of skills not just the DPS ones.
You'd also have to pick a good stance. Do you go tank for survivabiliy? Heals for utility? DPS to just attempt to burn things down?
Old content gets easier the older it gets, that's just the nature of MMOs.Let BLU enter PotD/HoH and Ultimates.
But also restrict the rewards he get.
Like, when a BLU is in the ultimate group, a clear does give no rewards. No achievement, no weapon, to prevent broken BLU cheese strats that would break the fight.
Full BLU clears could give a special hidden achievement.
Same for PotD/HoH. You can't use the Duty finder and only enter alone or with friends.
No solo title for BLU because it would be to easy to clear it. Maybe a special BLU Titel for a solo clear. (BLUcromancer)
And with these ideas I gave the BLU player's hundreds of hour's of gameplay while not effecting any other player.
Edit. Even Eureka/Bozja could be possible for BLU.
Just make the 1hit spell unusable and only allow him to use utility actions.
re: "And with these ideas I gave the BLU player's hundreds of hour's of gameplay while not effecting any other player. "
Letting BLU into POTD/HoH as a solo player literally doesn't affect anyone else but the person in the content, even if the BLU is allowed to be full strength.
BLU is the job that the devs made to let the players have fun with old, outdated content. I say let them go b@lls to the walls. See how far people can go. Full Tilt.

Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]

I mean there's a reason I put "unique" in my idea. Was just a fun thing to briefly wish about.Everyone saying that they should "learn skills as they go through it" but the point of BLU is you have all of your skills you have ever learned at all times (on your 24 slot hotbar)

You could probably make that work well as content but I feel like a proper roguelike mode could also be very fun.Everyone saying that they should "learn skills as they go through it" but the point of BLU is you have all of your skills you have ever learned at all times (on your 24 slot hotbar)

Yes, it's so bad in fact that people use it to do FATEs as fast as possible. lol Again, you don't need to turn everything into baby mode.ROFL easy mode...you know how squishy BLU is, right? If you're in a full BLU party the BLU healer has very little downtime from healing, the BLU tank will just take that much damage, even with the tank cooldowns BLU can get. Now imagine how much damage BLU will take if they get hit by a mechanic they shouldn't...it'll be a OHKO.
