I was under the impression that Odin would be the only wandering primal, which actually fits because he does this in both FFVIII (appears at random) and FFXI (wanders the maps and kills players).

Catapult, I completely agree, although the main things I'm curious about are how the job quests will change. Of the jobs I've done, Dragoon didn't seem to have much to do with the 7th Umbral Era, but White Mage definitely did. They need to re-work the cutscenes to fit in the new maps anyway, but if they end up taking out the quests for White Mage entirely, will they be replaced with new ones or will job quests in general be abolished in favor of different means to unlock and augment jobs?

I'm also a bit curious about what will happen to the original Main Scenario. I actually miss interacting with those characters, although a lot of them have been repurposed. I believe Yoshida said something to the effect of a continuation, but is that a continuation of the old scenario or the Grand Company stuff?

Finally, SE likely won't up and disband the Grand Companies after working so hard getting them established and getting their stories told. For one thing, the writing staff would have to explain why. Just imagine, "YAY We're still alive!.... Now what? We can't really function without impending catastrophe, so let's just go our seperate ways." I think a lot of 2.0 will focus both on rebuilding society after the disaster as well as combating the far-from-dead Empire, and I for one would like to assist Limsa in any way I can.
