We already hit that point right now. On your spriggan new wards are half empty. Even in a desirable location like Mists there are large and medium FC houses that remain empty not to mention dozens of small houses available to regular players. It's the same on older, more active servers like Loui or Ragnarok.

I was refering back to when housing was first implemented. There may be enough now, but there were barely 25 wards per location at first.

I actually seriously discussed the idea the other guy had. They'd have to rebuild the engine to make moving between cities seamless, as well as build huge new areas considering their actual size. Every single zone in the game, from the ground up, would have to go through level design. It wasn't contrarian, and I wished it was possible. My expectations of SE are just so low that adding instanced housing is just a step above what they've already just done. It was such a lazy, rushed "fix" they didn't even handle it properly when they made the change, with all the "0 wins!"
I even said I'd actually like the dynamic idea too. Anything that gives everyone an opportunity to own the size they want is fine. Adjusting plot sizes, adjusting apartment sizes, whatever. You actually haven't said shit other than "ban rmters" which is conclusively not the reason this is a problem, and "instanced housing won't work."
