Thread: "VIP" housing

Hello all!

I am suggesting a completely separated housing district from the current one, the current one and the lottery system will remain the same, nothing will change from what it's going on right now.


This new housing district will start with 1 ward, and plots to choose from, first come first served, however the wards will be infinite and all will be M plots and have 2 floors only (to "balance" it vs the regular housing) after the 60 plots are full a new wards opens , this of course will be bought with real money.

Opinions? Suggestions?

I mean if folks are paying real money why not just make it a add-on like the additional retainers? Paying for that service gives you access; stop paying and lose access.

Theres a $13 and a $15 sub option. Its interesting because now theres really no benefit to the $15 one after they allowed more characters to be made on the base option. Would be funny if people could pay the $2 difference to get access to special wards, and the money would fund the server costs anyway.

I unironically would pay an extra 10$ a month for a VIP ward. If it auto demolished after non payment, so be it.

What is really the point of this?

Why would they do this when they can't even instance our existing wards? What are you gaining from this? What is SE gaining from this? Why would you pay more for this?

Easy answer.

Money; If people are paying 5$ for the golden ticket; that justifies the cost and labour to keep that system going and the extra horsepower and labour to maintain the "upper class" neighborhoods. People would pay more for such a sure thing I imagine.

Also to answer Raim - you can actually pay 2$ for a extra retainer for 30 days; you can do this multiple times through the mogstation "retainer service" I know folks with oodles of retainers. I admit the different subs were never really a thing for me as I guess I somehow always was on the old system?

If I’m paying real money, I want an instanced plot that I can make look like any existing plot in the game. And at this point, I’d gladly pay for it.

Seems like a fair compromise for getting exactly what you want without any issue.

What if this new plots look even nicer than the other plots? Lol well I would like them to look different tbh mostly to "balance" what many regulars user have been doing, its not easy to please everyone but maybe making them look different can give a placebo of "that's something different", idk.
