

No not Diablo or extra loot, just a fun activity for regular dungeon. Having something to grow while doing a dungeon is fun. Investing in that growth would be fun. Gets people to run dungeons besides doing tomes.The treasure map dungeons already have a few different forms of "treasure goblin" so they are already ni the game, just not in the regular dungeons. They also don't drop gear.
It sounds like you're really just looking for an increase to the loot drops in dungeons. This isn't an ARPG like the Diablo series where the entire reason for the crazy amount of loot drops is that they're very random in nature with most items amounting to nothing more than trash to the player. In addition, we get tomestones for completing content that allow us to purchase gear of our choice on top of the random boss and chests drops the dungeons have.
I don't see SE ever changing the loot system in standard dungeons to provide what you're asking for. If you're after the dopamine rush that comes from lots of treasure dropping, treasure maps would be the way to go.
