Yes let's make up quotes that no one said. He said; " leave wards for FC and have instanced for everyone else." Nowhere did he say remove housing for anyone.

I disagree however. I say remove wards and start over. Create unique, lively, dynamic instanced zones for player housing. With beaches, swimming, jumping, weather, etc.

Housing could be so much more engaging than it is.

That is exactly what they said, they are asking for private housing in wards to be removed in favor of instanced private housing, that is in fact removing all of the private houses and turning them into FC. So yes, they did say that.
