The Chestnut-haired researcher of Elpis

There is a quest, a non-essential quest, called "We'll meet again." You are tasked with finding the mentor of the NPC named Blaste who states that she wants to tell her mentor that her concept of a "beautiful winged creature" was approved in the hope that her mentor will reconsider returning to the aetherial sea. Blaste states that her mentor has chestnut-colored hair tied into a knot.

When you find the "chestnut-haired researcher" she says that her decision is final, and that Blaste should name the creature whatever she wants. Blaste then says she will name the creature after her chestnut-haired researcher mentor.

Does anyone know what creature this is?

Damn near impossible to tell, since we have very little description and Amaurot used different names for things than we did.

I was going to say 'Terry' as a joke, but that genuinely might be an idea. Pterodactyls are winged, could easily have been considered beautiful, and do indeed exist in-universe (albeit as skyfishing catches, not enemies)!
