Constant Disconnects from 10 to 11 EST

I'm having my ISP check my service, but in the off chance it could be an issue with XIV specifically, what settings should I check?

Every night between 10pm and 11pm specifically I keep getting kicked from the game with all sorts of errors, from 2002 to 90002. I just wanna make sure I'm tackling all possible errors, and though other games are also acting up, XIV is the important one for me. I'm on the Windows version of the game.

Any advice on how to troubleshoot is appreciated.
