Cant Launch Launcher

Everytime I try to open the launcher I get the screen that says checking for ffxiv launcher version and then nothing happens. I have a support ticket if that would be helpful here and I also have an error message I'll copy and paste to the bottom of this forum post. This has also been happening for about a week now and I have spent hours on phone and web chat and they told me to come here.
