If you had the power to add one feature no questions asked, what would it be?

The ability to talk to anyone regardless if they're in an instance, or on another datacenter.

I want this as well. While I understand the technical limitations, it's annoying to not be able to message anyone when you're doing something like Bozja or Eureka, where there can be downtimes (but still be considered in-duty).
