Min ilvl instances giving additional completion rewards nearly proportionate to the stats thus lost (relative to the regular max ilvl), and for people to be able to queue (matchmade, not premade) for min ilvl instances.

A change towards alt-friendly gearing: Time-locked items (be they acquired through Savage drops or weekly tome) become purchasable via non-time-locked currency once the given slot is acquired (buy Weekly Chestpiece of Fending or get the Savage Pants of Casting, etc., and you can buy all Weekly Chestpieces or Savage Pants, respectively, with non-weekly currency), while dungeon gear that varies only in color becomes dyable and usable by each armor class it shares all but color with.
