I'd shamelessly rip off GW 2's dye system in an instant.

They have 630 colors to work with, and every armor piece is designed to be dyed between 1 to 4 colors, so unlike us, they don't suffer from cases where armor pieces have oh so marginally mismatching highlights or hues, or cases when you want to dye an item and part of it ends up with washed out/pastel tones (I look good in pink but if I wanted pink I'D USE THE ACTUAL PINK DYE, but I digress).

The best part is that once you unlock a dye, its yours forever and are free to apply it at any time without cost. This last part would never happen though, since I'm sure a chunk of the online store relies to selling pure white or jet black pots on the daily.

A specific instance similar to the Workshop for FC that would be a duel arena that allows customizable lights/decor/floor/etc but similar to Island Sanctuary style. Give each area like 10 options for arena styles, stands, tables, etcetc.

Butt/pec slider for male PCs
Instanced housing for everyone where you have to start out with a small and can build up to a large.
A glamour system that's a mix of WoW, GW2 (including the dye system), and I've heard ESO's is good to so that one as well (I played ESO but idr the glamour system there).
Some sort of incentive to draw people into non-venue RP. Please guys, RP isn't just dancing and emote spamming in a venue/saying a couple of lines in character and then getting paid gil for it at the end of the night.

I'd take a functional glamour system in a heartbeat.

No more of this having to store items in your inventory/glamour dresser/armoire, it all goes into a glamour log and you can discard the physical item once unlocked (GW2/WoW). Being able to design/apply plates from anywhere (XI). A dye system that allows multiple channels, and everything is dyeable (GW2). I'd take an unlock-once-and-done dye system (GW2), but if that's too much, I'd settle for letting us have a dye inventory where we can stockpile all the random dyes in one place. Having an option to look up/try on all available glams/skins in-game (GW2).
