GW2 has it too (and may have been the creator of it). Man, I wish FFXIV had it, but then we'd notice a lot of pieces were the same.

WoW does as well and I'd say it was the best addition to the transmog system they have made.

1 years worth of hrothgar and viera players sub fees pay the guy who made the hroth/viera hat (and hair?) mod to be an official member of the dev team and get this crap done by 6.4
I dont think thats unreasonable they've already done every hat in the game by now anyway, even went the extra mile to add ear slips/holes on various hats that dont even shoe miqote ears.

I'd shamelessly rip off GW 2's dye system in an instant.

They have 630 colors to work with, and every armor piece is designed to be dyed between 1 to 4 colors, so unlike us, they don't suffer from cases where armor pieces have oh so marginally mismatching highlights or hues, or cases when you want to dye an item and part of it ends up with washed out/pastel tones (I look good in pink but if I wanted pink I'D USE THE ACTUAL PINK DYE, but I digress).

The best part is that once you unlock a dye, its yours forever and are free to apply it at any time without cost. This last part would never happen though, since I'm sure a chunk of the online store relies to selling pure white or jet black pots on the daily.

A specific instance similar to the Workshop for FC that would be a duel arena that allows customizable lights/decor/floor/etc but similar to Island Sanctuary style. Give each area like 10 options for arena styles, stands, tables, etcetc.
