I actually just remembered one that I've been thinking about for a long time.

I'd add a Train in Eorzea. Just a train you can go to a station, ride, and look outside to the world while it gives you a 20 - 30 min ride all over the place. I'd love that as a way/place in the game to chill beyond my home.

Little sprout me back in 2017 always being anxious to cross the railroads in Thanalan thinking a train or mining cart would pass by any moment...but they never did.

In that game, there are vehicles (trams, lifts, cableways, "boats" that are actually giant turtles, etc) in a few of their zones, so I thought that was the case here too - heck, thinking about it, we literally start the game getting off a chocobo taxi cart... which we only ever see one more time /confused

That would be neat, not sure if it was mentioned would love to be able to craft with items in your retainer.

Minimum item level option for roulettes (also removes Echo). Higher (or even 100%) chance for drops from the instances and more tomes and whatnot to compensate for the extra time and effort.

At this point I'm just straight up avoiding most of them outside of the expansion launches when I occasionally level up Jobs towards new cap. Most of them are simply mindnumbingly boring after being ran tens or hundreds of times, this is further pushed by losing so many buttons with down sync.

Proper Elemental wheel for attacks and monster weaknesses. I really liked that in FFXI. You could cast Cure on an Undead to damage it.
