If I could I would add a vendor that updates monthly with patches, or even daily that has a random selection of cash shop items at exorbitant rates to serve as another Gil sink, but also an alternative means at the chance to get a cash shop item.

A better housing lottery system that allows you to place bids for multiple houses. If you win more than one you can only claim one, and If not claimed it goes to the second place winner (system would draw extra when duplicate wins is detected). You can do up to 3 of each size with the same funds “45 million can bid for 3 larges” so whales with tons of Gil don’t have an advantage.

The system would also do basic checks for FCs making sure it has X active consistent members. If at any point the fc does not then the purchaser would have the FC converted to their personal home and if they already have one then it would be locked. 30 days later their personal home is demolished unless they demolish the FC one first which unlocks their home.

Demolish windows would be reduced to 30 day cycles. No sub no house.
