With that out of the way, I'm just gonna expand (lol) on the butt slider thing and straight up ask for body sliders ala PSO. Be it shortstacks, gigachads, or ungodly abominations fit to make Hydaelyn weep, lemme make em.

Completely overhaul Grand Company enlistment and transform Squadrons into a serious FFT-style gameplay mode, complete with differing lore-relevant stories and missions depending on which GC you're a part of (though you can experience the ones from the other GCs and factions like Ishgard later on).

More Trust partners unlockable as quest rewards. Like, you earn Sidurgu by finishing the DRK questline, Aymeric through MSQ, Hien by completing Doman Restoration, and you can level them up by taking them through whatever dungeons you want same as the Scions.

And make more random-ass NPCs unlockable via achievements, challenge logs, questlines, etc.
And when I say random-ass, I'm talking "Red Meteor the Red Chocobo as DPS from completing objectives of Bozja" or "Completing X number of Anima weapon relics gives Anima the sprite as a variable-party-slot member"

Bait Box for fishing, having to either carry all your bait then fish scrub fish eats all your space. The only other option we have is to go back and forth between windows and swap bait with retainers / vendors and that's awful.

I have been tempted to rename my chocobo "Bait", because honestly that's basically what my chocobo saddlebag is full of.

Can't you use a CWLS?

For talking in normal instances, yes. You cannot in Crystalline Conflict instances, where it locks out all communication.

I do sometimes use a jank system of "invite and kick" to kinda simulate it, but I really would love to have the ability to talk without doing any of that.

Well one is breast and butt sliders on lalafell as I'm sure we all want.
Also much easier gearing for alt's I hate having to decide between healer or ranged dps knowing that I have to go all in or it's just pieces everywhere.

And personally for me more storage on chocobo saddle, im a hoarder of equips for the chance I might one day use it some year.

I did get a chuckle when I saw Dragon Prince for that reason, but named my hamster Bait. The most recently season did leave much to be desired.
