You said it yourself. Perceive. There is a difference between perceiving something and it being true.

As a Player on Leviathan myself, my NN is just, an onslaught of Spoilers, Sexually Inappropriate messages and even more unmentionable things. And this is all coming from the mentors.
Sometimes mentors are inconsiderate and spoil things and when questioned, they will often claim "it's not a spoiler" because they don't consider that it might cause new players to infer things from it. But returners and sprouts themselves spoil things sometimes because they are excited about a story event that just happened, and returners can be max level players who are discussing things at the very end of the game that are a bit of a spoiler.

Square needs to actually make them uphold some standards and enforce those standards.
I agree that there should be a no spoiler rule and that it should be report-able for doing it, with permanent removal from it for doing it (especially for repeat offenses). The other behaviour, such as discussing inappropriate subjects, is probably already covered by the rules.
