    Purchasing Land permissions, rank changes

    FC member is in a rank that includes purchasing permissions so that they could put in a bid. If their rank is changed to one that does not include purchasing permissions before the auction ends, is their bid invalidated, or does everything proceed normally?

    Their bid can still win but they won't be able to relocate. They will get 50% of their money back if they win, and 100% if they lose.

    If their permissions were taken away for house purchase/relocation purposes, they wouldn't be able to relocate or purchase until their permissions are reinstated. They won't lose their bid as long as they do not leave the FC and have been in there for 30 days. Just give them back their permissions, complete the house transaction, and then take them away again.
