    Fate "Surprise"

    You need to make it so doesn't start till someone talks to npc to start it. It's over and failed before you even get chance to get to it. How it is now if you fate grind to get it to pop its failed before getting there.

    Ah i know the problem you mean, the NPC's that protect the convoy die really quickly to the Kobolds, you must be here before the fate even starts.
