Looking to start a small, long lasting LS with experienced players.

I am not really into big linkshells but I also want to get content done so I am looking to put a small LS together with people who log on regularly at roughly the same time (anywhere from 4pm to 6am EST). There will not exactly be any leadership but more of a guidance for the LS's direction which will mostly be governed by the group as a whole but executed by myself and any members who truly wish to have a larger role in the LS. I have a few years of experience in leading successful gaming groups and I have full competence in my abilities to create a lasting group.

What I expect:
I am looking for players with at least 1 crafting or gathering job to 50 (or close to it) with as least some interest in it and most if not all battle jobs to 50, though if you're a more "specialized" type of player who is really good at one job then that's okay too.
I am also looking for people who have fun with the game who don't view it as "business" like some of the more hardcore linkshells, this is important to me. It's a game and games are meant to be enjoyed, you know? But I also expect at least some level of seriousness when it comes to trying to beat content.
Also, my vision limits the group to roughly 16-24 active players. I already have a few who wish to join so I hope it kicks off pretty quickly, but a little bit of patience to let it get started would be important for the first few members.
And Also, I do not expect members to follow the 1 LS rule, but I also do not want this LS to be a "side linkshell" that you only play with when your others are inactive.

What you should expect:
What I hope for out of members first and foremost is friendship. My vision of the group is a group of friends who talk to each other frequently and want to help each other and help themselves reach their goals and do it with efficiency and have fun while doing it, to put it simply.
Want a particular Ifrit weapon you never saw drop? We all pass on our totems so you can get it. Never got a Garuda weapon? We all chip in a little every win until you get it. Need some mats or need something crafted or melded? Someone offers to give, get or do it for you. A piece of Darklight drops that you really, really wanted? Whoever got it passes it without regret. This is what I hope for in a group, and if this appealing to you, then please post here. I will check in a few times a day.

No, I left a pug party -after- about 4 wipes at hellfire. I was offered a spot in a hamlet party with my LS, so I took it. Saying that I "bailed midway during an Ifrit fight" is completely untrue. Please stay off my thread unless you are asking about the Linkshell.
