    Do the Oceania servers still have the new player bonus for new players?

    Cuz that's where my alt is at and wanted to know if my brother, making a new character and never have gotten the bonus, could do that there.

    As I can't leave Sephirot for the new NA servers cuz Sephirot is still listed as New.

    Any bonuses for new players/characters are tied to the status of the servers. So since all the Oceanian servers are still listed as New, you can get bonuses there.
