I don't want guaranteed, 100% drop rates. I honestly don't think anyone does. I don't mind grinding some content out. I just want to feel rewarded like others do. Tired of doing speed runs on AV/CC 100 times when someone can get one peice on their third run. Don't even start with Relics lol

Garuda was PERFECT example. Only reason it is dead now is because the people that decided they wanted to keep doing the exploit when Yoshi said it was "ok". Stupid people kiling their own content... THEY SCREAMED for a challenge and now that they got it, they went with the exploit way. Pathetic. Anyways, back on topic....

Don't blame the ppl that got garuda weapons before patch. Blame the whiners that bichted about it. It happened what I said it would happen. The noobs can't get a group and win it. And the good ls got them and still keep getting it now. You guys have to understand that good ls will always get everything. Easy or har way. The pick up groups had a chance before patch. Now deal with it. Think before bitching about non existent "exploits".

Just wanted to say that I agree with you, OP. I'm really getting tired of it too. Honestly, with the way things are going I'm debating just ignoring the 1.23 content and waiting for 2.0. All of these RNG focused "challenges" are beyond overkill now. It just isn't fun. Been struggling to log in as of late because of it.

I'm right there with you. Don't worry, SE is still getting my money because I'm playing that "other online FF game", and enjoying playing all the classes that we won't be seeing for a while (if they make it at all). Hamlet's boring as hell, Casa Nova was fun the first night when the entire server raided it but has since lost that magic, and much as everyone bitched and griped about the Garuda exploit, at least people were doing it before the fix. Her cave is now gathering cobwebs, and even Uldah has gotten significantly less lagtastic from the lack of numbers logging in.

I'll still login occasionally to say hi to my LS and help out with a moogle run here and there, but 1.23 really doesn't excite me, so there's a very strong chance at this point that I won't be playing often until 2.0 finally rolls out.

And would you quit with the "noob" crap? A lot of people that first start Garuda are going to be "noobs", HELL everyone was a noob when it first released. With elitist @sstards like you, these "noobs" won't have anything to do or anyone to teach them what to do and they'll just quit. I'm so sick of people like you.

And fyi, it might not have been an "exploit" in Yoshi's eyes since it was a mistake.. but it was an exploit. People abused it for their easy wins. Doesn't make everyone else a "noob" because they don't resort to craptastic, easy peasy strategies like the "good LS's" that are out there. Now go elsewhere.
