Mudra are still unchanged for me after the hotfix.

Mudra are still unchanged for me after the hotfix.
I can confirm this, still the same for me

Mudras still jank after their emergency maintenance. I hope this does not get swept under the rug.
Can confirm, it's still there. This is so frustrating...
can also confirm, still having the delay after the hotfix

First Mudra Recast seems to be off
A lot of players have been noticing that the very first mudra they do in a chain feels off, and the higher the ping the more issues that arise from this, it only started happening after this patch.
Date&Time: After 6.3
Frequency: Whenever you do the first mudra in a ninjutsu
World name: Sargatanas
Character name: Manly Musk
Class/Level: 90
Party or solo: Both
Steps:
1. Start a Ninjutsu with any mudra
2. That's literally it just look at how the first mudra in the chain behaves.
This is happening quite a bit where the first murdra is lagging behind moving the cooldown slower or outright refunding it push.

I had been so happy when I read about the emergency maintenance... but it seems that fixing the ninja wasn't one of the goals... =[

Yep, same for me, was a ninja for the new alliance raid, dungeon, and trial and what was supposed to be Raiton turned into Fuma Shuriken at least 15 times.I've never had this issue before the 6.3 patch.
Probably would've happen on my Ranyus as well, but I've been watching on Ranyu a lot more carefully cuz I don't wanna waste my biggest potency attack (I think it would have happened if I wasn't specifically watching so closely for that longer recast on it)

Can confirm this is also happening for me. It's especially bad with high ping.
It's upsetting that this isn't even listed under "accepted" bugs yet on the forumsHow could they not look into the major mechanic of a job being broken? I was farming the EX all day yesterday and this happened about every 1 in 3 pulls, primarily with raiton.
