According to this and the other posts, this bug does seem like it only happens on certain characters while on certain data centers and if the character changes data center it goes away.

In other news, there is no technical debt from 1.0.
"We don't have ... a technological issue that was carried over from 1.0, because ARR was meant to kind of discard what we had from 1.0 and rebuild it from the engine."

Got the same problem.. seems a lot of ppl are going through this... damn Primal
I'm having this problem too; I'm on Excalibur, so it does seem all of us are dealing with fallout from the Primal data center problems on patch night. I tried shifting to other data centers as well, and I could log in on those, but returning to Excal mostly resulted in the same 90002 d/c after clearing the queue.
At one point last night, I'm not sure why, but I was able to log on- I had just swapped to the Dynamis data center and back to Primal, but it wasn't different from when I had tried with other data centers. When I logged in, I noticed that my island sanctuary workshop agendas for the day had been deleted and not taken place, but everything else seemed to work as normal.
Attempted to log in again this morning to check, and we're back to the post-queue d/cs. On the advice of the customer service dept, I reset local character data settings, but no luck there, either. Here's hoping emergency maintenance fixes this for all of us!
Same issue, same results data center hopping. I can access the character when I hop over to crystal, but returning to primal gives me the same 90002 connection issue.
Emergency Maintenance fixed this issue for me. Hope it did for everyone else too!![]()
