    Can't log in on Home Data Center

    Steps:
    1. Error 90002 disconnects me in the middle of one instance cutscene of the quest "Gods Revel, Lands Tremble", last one before Quest Complete
    2. Tried to log again normally
    3. Error 90002 appears again after queue and loading screen
    4. Step 3 happens everytime I try to log in with Koura Auri@Ultros again
    5. Tried to log with my other character Auri Rosae@Behemoth
    6. Auri Rosae@Behemoth logs in normally
    7. Tried to log in Koura Auri@Ultros in another computer, same error 90002
    8. Tried to visit World Fanfrit, same error 90002
    9. Tried to visit another Data Center: Dynamis, world Marilith, logged in normally
    10. Traveled back to Home Data Center: Primal, world Ultros, Error 90002 again.
    11. Got in contact with support chat, was recomended to post a Bug Report in this forum.

    I am having this issue as well, I have contacted support and they are not helping. I was on one of my toons when the primal DC crashed. Then around 11 pm est, that toon got kicked again and I can no longer log into any Primal World. I can, however, log into another DC fine. They have gone from telling me it is my ISP, anti-virus, and firewall to telling me that because my toon was 'improperly disconnected', the server still thinks I am logged in and there is nothing they can do. The fact that I can log in to my other toons just fine and log in to the one who can't get onto a primal server on another DC, tells me this is not the issue. I am literally getting the run around about this

    Literally same thing happened with me, but instead of MSQ, I was in Sophia Unreal. Also contacted support and they said they can't do anything to logout my character, so I have to wait.. no ETA.

    Same here. I've gotten useless emails at this point telling me to follow the same steps on the site. Hopefully if we post enough, they will take notice and actually help. I've seen a few in the past get fixed, one person took 15 days, another 2months. I'll end up losing the FC house and apartment at that rate.

    Near exact same thing for me, even same cutscene and location as my last known whereabouts before non-stop 90002 errors. Haven't been able to log on since but only on this one character, all alts work fine. Same situation where Datacenter travel works for Crystal, Aether and Dynamis, but once I try to return to Primal, shoots the 90002 error right after world queue and loading splash screen shows up. This has happened on multiple systems and after all suggested troubleshooting (fresh install, different system, different network, reset everything, etc). Hope this gets looked at very soon, can do some stuff by Datacenter travel off of Primal, but cannot check retainers, housing, etc.

    Time of issue: 2300
    Frequency: Whenever trying to login on any Primal server

    Steps:
    1. Disconnected error 90002 around 2030 on 1/10/2023
    2. Error 90002 while attempting to log back in. Error occurs after queue during loading screen
    3. Use the visit another world option and try to login on a different server. Same error at same location as step 2
    4. Attempt to login on a different character on the same server. Character is able to login with no issue
    5. Attempt to login on a different computer, same as step 2
    6. Uninstall and delete all game and character files. Reinstall and attempt to login. Same as step 2
    7. Use the datacenter travel option and travel to another datacenter. Am able to login without any issues on all the other datacenters across various servers.
    8. Travel back to home datacenter and attempt to login. Same as step 2
    9. Email support and try all the recommendations. Support recommends submitting a bug report.

    Update (January 12, 2023)

    After being logged out for basically 48h, I was able to log in again. Haven't touched the game or the game client after posting in this forum, so I didn't reinstalled FFXIV, only turned off my computer and tried again in the next day. Was planning to wait for the patch for maintenance, but decided to try before just in case and it worked.
    Koura Auri@Ultros was teleported to Home Point Ul'dah and I could play normally.
