In-game time: Dosen't Actually Matter since its a constant bug

Steps:
1. Have a bug where I cant choose any new buildings for island sanctuary, for example: I have 3 workshops already and the game still forces me to build a 4th one even tho its impossible to do so, not allowing me to build anything else. Same thing with Landmarks

2. If I try to do the same thing but on a different pc, it does allow me to choose different buoldings.

3. I already did a full clean install on ffxiv and the bug kept the same.

Not a PC specs issue since it never worked since launch.
