Agree !!

I think Leadership should have hierarchy to it maybe something simple as in 3 steps of it! You would think all this be commonly implemented before a beta. FF seems to pride themselfs on being different from other mmo but its almost a bit too different and way out there. I’ve played ftp mmo that have more options guild wise.
I’m not sure on how they will implement companies into the game and if its anything like the current linkshell system its will be a big let down for me
