Linkshell Improvements

Linkshells REALLY need the ideas purposed. No brainer's were not thought of such as not being able to kick someone out of guild when there offline. I'm part of a online ffxiv gaming community with ventrilo and such, We've had to remake a ls about 3 times do to a linkshell being full of retired players, or a change in staff position and a new ls owner is needed. The lack of features is troublesome .

Thanks for the support, hopefully this doesn't get ignored like the countless feedbacks I've been submitting since September.
