The Lupine seem potentially cool, but the problem is like I said, they're clearly not one of the existing races. If they fleshed them out as a "complete" race, they'd likely have the same issues at the Viera and Hrothgar already experience, and likely make the situation worse.

I suppose you could "retcon" the Lupine to use a Hrothgar model, but I don't think people would be happy with that.

As far as my comments on an "Au Ra without horns", there are still LOADS of differences between them and the Hyur. They're much taller, leaner, they have more masculine animations, their arms are larger and their shoulders wider. I find Hyur Midlanders too "meek" looking, while Highlanders seem kind of ugly. The Au Ra have much cooler body-types, personally. But as a Xaela, their eyes are dark and lack "warmer" peach skin-tones, while the Raen have bright horns and tails that don't really gel with most glamours (for example, the Abyssos armor).

Now having said all that, I'm absolutely NOT saying that any of my suggestions are "the right choice", either. Just giving examples.

I mean, you could even go the polar opposite way, giving an Au Ra clan with a *more* draconic appearance. Or maybe a "Hrothgar" with no fur and more human face. Any number of things.

Another example might be a Lalafel that maybe has an appearance reminiscent of the Ivalice-style Moogles, with a small layer of fur. Still the same overall body-type and animations, but just a bit different.

Like I said, I feel like that's something that *could* be kind of cool.

Probably best to wait and see after the 7.0 Racial Class updates. and then after someone sacrifices themselves to access forbidden knowledge of the Stability of Eitherys to handle such things.

we don't know how deep they could handle it. but they know for sure<They Have To> that if they want to keep us for 10 more years. they better improve and add what we want. which let's be honest, includes the most basics from head to toe, and what all living beings lack. and it's all in the servers backends as well.(rear)
