Things have been becoming easier for a long time now. Only hard thing was savage and ultimates wich many are now just clearing using third party software.
Crafting was super hard and a big chore once. Now you press a macro.
PvP was super hard once with ADDITIONAL skills on top of ALL your PvE skills. Now you have 10 buttons.

The Soul of FFXIV is slowly getting sucked out and people are finally realizing it.

The Soul of FFXIV is slowly getting sucked out and people are finally realizing it.

Crafting was never really hard. Just monotonous. You still used macros, even when it was "hardest". It just was a bigger pain to meld for stats, because materia was harder to obtain.



PvP was never "hard", just in a game not built with it in mind.



Fights have gotten somewhat easier yes, but we also have years of experience now.



This savage tier has been one of the harder ones. Sure top groups cleared quick, but they always do.

Honestly all of the Twelve shouldve gotten their own music. Soken really dropped the ball here

If we're going to be critical of the dev team in the forums like everyone of you have no issue of doing, then that means Soken counts too.

The fun part is that there are several people responsible for the soundtrack, some of my favorite tracks are not made by Soken at all.

I've figured out what feels off to me.

Third boss is a good hard fight, feels like it should be the last fight.

Last fight... might as well be a square dance at a country faire. Complete with fiddles.

What if they'd gotten swapped?
