Delubrum Reginae Party Finder -- Full Party/Alliances or Bust?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. I understand that the devs don't really read English feedback but I felt the need to comment about this.

I was trying to run DR (normal) last night (two friends needed it for Bozja story), and we started a PF to try and gather people. We got 14 people together after around 20-30 minutes and tried to enter, but we were given the error message "There are not enough participants."

We ended up splitting up to queue individually, but when we got in we were only one team of 8 (implying the others got put in a separate instance).

I asked on Reddit and someone replied saying our options were to either enter as a full party of 8, or gather all 24 people, but nothing in-between.

This doesn't really make sense to me. I know DR is dead content, but that only reinforces the need for "undersized parties" (undersized alliances?)

If the concern with this is about filling empty spots with non-PF players, then that just emphasizes the issues with the way Field Operations are handled (that is, not giving players the options that duty finder offers when queuing for content.)

If by some chance this is read by anyone on the team (devs, community managers, forum moderators, etc), then I would like to give a heartfelt "thank you," for all the work put into what you all do! My post is not intended to be a harsh criticism, but rather to highlight an issue in hopes it can be fixed in the future -- either for DR itself, or for future content!

Same situation like in Eureka, they make content that they won't put in the party finder and then will be so obsolete no one will play it, and they don't even fix the problems it has after no one goes in anymore, there will be no fix, ever probably, they never fixed Eureka, i don't think they care at all to fix this, the fact there is still a 10minute waiting time after queue says it all.
