There are many people that play for both and have to pick between activity A and B they find fun; these are not mutually exclusive. If one of them lacks either, then the decision becomes easier.

This is literally how modern entertainment is when we have more than one thing we find enjoyable.

The "I bet you've never played this" is an argument as stale as bread and I am getting seriously tired of such assumptions, so if something would deter people from talking smack, I'd be welcoming it.

Also the "I've been playing since Shadowbringers" comment is also kind of annoying when combined with people who clearly have been playing in said era, but have not learned a thing since then and just complain about the current job design.

No Valence more like encouraging less bronze-gold to waste everyone's time trying to self-validate to people who have been in the top 100 since pvp became a thing. This magnificent phenomenon can be seen in most of the heated threads. You can check people's rank via the lodestone if they have their achievements shared but even that is based on a one time clear to whatever rank they achieved. Now that's not to say lower ranks don't have good ideas, but if I had a penny for every time someone has commenced to lay into someone and flex rank only to be seen complaining about never getting out of gold or plat in another thread, I would be filthy rich.

Ranked is where all the hackers filter into, it serves its purpose by keeping casual... well casual. The crystal shop just needs to have rewards from other battle passes put into it.

don't mind the recolors they all look nice
its t9 gear with updated textures and different dye tables and LotA gear which has never had a dyable option till now

im hoping we get some machi stuff oooh maybe even ivalice, all in all the rewards fine a bit too ez to get tho
