I'm sorry it has to be this question, though.

Wanted to ask if this regular bi-weekly announcement is about Asia/Japan region only?

In European DataCenter there are bots (not spammers, not multiboxers) in main cities that operate 24/7 for months already and nobody seems to care. The game support confirmed they do absolutely nothing with reports. Even though the game menu says to report illicit activity in game, the support always sends you to the website and send you apology letter.

Is the global announcement something just to convince us that the special task team does something, or has anyone experience with actual GM in the year 2022?


It's been few months since we noticed a major decrease in performance around the aetheryte in Limsa on Light, Alpha - mainly having the draw distance for other players' characters reduced significantly along with decreased FPS.
It seems like this has evolved beyond a botting problem and now they're putting actual strain on players systems, and also actively making the social aspect of the game worse.
