I'm playing from Poland and I also have the issue, in my case it's wireless connection from T-Mobile ISP. Tried to trace the EU Datacenter IP just like in the post and had 3 times shown request timed out so something must be wrong for sure.

Updating this again. Yesterday my connection was fine and stable. Today the lag got worse and worse to the point I just got disconnected.
Similar experience. Yesterday I had one disconnect symbol appear on my character but then everything was stable. Tonight I am lagging constantly and my GCD will not roll correctly.
Beyond frustrated at this point it’s almost been a month.
I was experiencing heavy packet loss since 6.1 and wait and wait until they have some fix on Tonberry or elemental a month ago, but then it happened again after the "6.3 hotfix".
I was literally playing at sudden 50-100% packet loss and sudden over 400ms ping and i literally can't play.
this is frustrating.
PS5 user here. Today had the same issue from 3pm GMT+8 on Tonberry-Elemental. Constantly experiencing lagging/packet loss to the point that the game is unplayable.
Just now I have travelled from Elemental to Mana to see if it improves, and I can play somewhat okay it seems. Wonder if it’s an issue on Elemental tbh.
Update:Still got the dc symbol appear sometimes but I can roll my GCD a lot better…
;-;
Issue is still ongoing for me after my last thread post here, still getting random DC's and lag spikes when trying to play FFXIV, it frustrates me a lot... even with a CAT 8 LAN cable that I've shelled money for since I'm constantly online with my PC.
I mean sure, here are occasional moments where no dc or lag spike happens, but today while doing Duty Roulette again as a Dark Knight this time have I DC'd 4 times in Cutter's Cry, once on both mini bosses and the worst is that the last two happened in chain on the final boss of the Dungeon x.x Thank god that the Duty Roulette Party I had knew what they were doing even without a Tank to keep the emnity/aggro on.
According to Yoshida-san has that issue started out in 6.1, here's the official link to the topic regarding Network Delay and Packet Loss. All we can do now is to share the data they are asking for, which i did, so I do hope and pray that they can fix it with either a maintenance again or a new patch update... Otherwise can we keep posting in this thread here to let them know that the issue's still ongoing.

Update: Tonight was not too laggy until all of a sudden I DC’d and got a 90006 error. Tried to log back in but then got another error this time 2002. Ended the application via my PS5 and tried to relog then got a different error this time 10105.
Trying to play is so frustrating lately. ;-;
