The issue seems fixed for me, as it's been roughly two days without any latency spikes or disconnects. There seem to be occasional 12-14% latency bumps every so often, but it's not noticeable in-game.
On my end it's still as bad as ever. Been playing less because it's just not fun when shit's buggy and GCDs don't go off, etc.

Issue seems fixed for me too,
I decided to try pinging my server directly rather than the DC and latency now reflects my ping, although i suspect my issue is different
Tracert still shows the same results - the last hop before the DC keeps timing out. And one of the intermediaries frequently does too. Normally, before this issue started, there would be something in the range of 35-37 ms on hop 11 and no packet loss. Current packet loss is 5% (in a sample of 100). Sure is lower than a few days ago but still noticeable.
Mine has just been getting worse, and worse, and worse since 6.3 and tragically more worse since 6.35. NA Faerie. Now my skills aren't even going off at all. When you're healing Agalia or Eurphosyne, you really do need to be able to use skills lol.
My connection is fine, it's def not that, it's been fine for years and is fine in other games. Whatever this new network compression protocol thing is they switched to in 6.3 or 6.35 clearly is not quite up to the task for everyone.
I'm also having issues periodically, seems to be completely random when it happens, most days it's completely fine, but today I'll get random lag spikes and the game is completely unplayable for hours. I'm in the UK using Virgin Media. it's been since 6.35 too, didn't have any issues before 6.35
Still dealing with this. Certain jobs with fast combos like MCH and NIN are borderline unplayable. Players in large scale encounters (24-mans, towns, FL) run in place for several seconds and then all catch up at the last second. GCDs randomly fail to register. I know others dealing with similar issues who don't want to post here and opted to just play less.
Not going to bother replying again until it's fixed one way or another, but didn't want potential staff monitoring this thread to think it'd fixed itself or something.

Just throwing my voice in this as well. I actually unsubbed specifically because of this issue, though the form does not let me tell them sufficiently why. Day after day, group content requiring reliable input is just unplayable due to windows of 1 to 30+ seconds where a small amount of packet loss in an NTT routing node results in the client halting any updates until it eventually fast-forwards up to the current state. No other internet issues present at the time, and previous to 6.35 this did not occur. The times can be correlated to when I detect packet loss on pings to those NTT nodes.
I will be monitoring to see if this ever gets fixed again (reverting to stateless compression), but for now I cannot play reliably and must stop my subscription.
This has been affecting me since 6.35 as well (UK-based). Last hop before the data centre on a traceroute always times out. It's usually playable, but it's clear there's some lag (I currently get better pings to the US datacentres than I do to the EU ones). But sometimes everything in game freezes for 1-20 seconds, even if the rest of the internet connection remains online and perfectly stable - there's then a 50/50 chance that either the game catches back up, or boots me from the server. I've already had two solo Eureka Orthos runs ended by such disconnects, which is always fun.
Complete lack of acknowledgement is a bit worrying now - not even a note to say it's being investigated or worked on. Genuinely worried this will ruin raiding if it persists until the new tier in 6.4.
