instant portrait not working?

Try to turn off and back on your helmet/weapon and then go to portraits to update it to the adventurer plate design and it should work

does it HAVE to be on adverter plate? i have a different one for that, but that on a different class.

How do people do Instant Portraits anyway? I go to Adventurer Plate where I would assume it would be there but no...it's not. Or I'm blind and have been missing it for about a year.

It's the option beneath, the Portraits one! You can set an Instant one that way for pvp/dungeons, but it's really finicky.

When you aren't looking for it, you don't notice it. It took me a while to have it slap me upside the head when it was first introduced lol.

I noticed while leveling a job that it switched back to it's default setting when I leveled up. Didn't change anything appearence wise, I just leveled up, went in a dungeon and the default one appeared. Dunno if it's a bug or something.

Thanks to this feature, I'm very paranoid to the point every single time I swap job to queue, I always save the gearset, then make sure there aren't any [!] marking on my portrait list.

Not once I've seen my own failed after that... but it's such a hassle.
