Around a week ago, my sub has expired because of a payment error; however, I received a letter that Square Enix didn't receive payment. So, I sent them ANOTHER letter, with 4 transactions screenshots, AND called my bank and said my transactions has gone through, but apparently something is wrong with Square Enix's side.

I have waited for a ticket number and still haven't received it. I understand patch 6.3 has some issues to resolve, but I am losing hope here & want to enjoy content with my friend's man, all I want is a response SE is looking into it or in progress to being resolved. Apparently, I won't get that chance unless I know it's in the progress. Please, this shouldn't take this long to renew my subscription.
