Can't Launch the launcher

I play on the steam version and every time I click play the checking for launcher version window pops up then disappears but the log in part of the launcher never opens. I've tried to change dns, unblock firewall and antivirus, Uninstall and reinstall, run as admin changed stuff in the config note area. Nothing works so far. What is the issue here?
